Academic Records is the source of marks. Fast Entry, Award List preview, PDF and Excel use the same student and subject sequence for the selected exam, so teachers do not need to reconcile differently ordered sheets.
Create an exam and enter marks once
In Academic Records, select the academic session, class, section and exam. Set up subjects and their total marks, then use the class-wise Fast Entry grid to save obtained marks. Results consumes those records rather than introducing a second marks-entry workflow.
Choose the Award List content
Select the same session and exam in Award Lists. Check the subjects to include, choose alphabetical or class-roll sorting, and select a blank sheet or recorded-marks mode. The same exam ordering is shared with Fast Entry.
Export complete A4 landscape pages
The PDF includes school identity on page one, student and father names, roll or registration numbers and every selected subject with total-marks space. Continuation pages contain student tables. Class Teacher and Principal / Controller signatures appear at the end, with no browser URL or date at the page edges.
Use the right sheet for the job
Award Lists deliberately omit aggregate totals, percentages and grades; they are subject-wise examination sheets. Use Results for report cards, percentages, grades and ranking. Use formatted XLSX export when staff need the Award List in Excel.
Internal result cards for BISE and Federal Board institutes
Schools, colleges and academies in Pakistan following BISE or Federal Board curricula can prepare their own internal exam result cards from recorded marks. Configure your institute’s passing threshold and review the results before sharing. These are institute-issued cards, not official board results; School OS does not provide board integration or board-specific grading rules.

- Do PDF and Excel follow Fast Entry order?
- Yes. For the same exam, subject and student ordering is shared across Fast Entry, preview, PDF and Excel.
