This notice describes the foundation of how School OS handles website enquiries, accounts and institute information.

Information connected to an institute
Schools may enter information required to operate their workspace, such as institute details, branches, students, staff, classes, attendance, fees, results and other school records. The institute is responsible for ensuring it has authority to enter and use that information.
Account and access information
School OS uses account information to provide sign-in and role-based access. Institute workspaces are separated so users access the school information connected to their authorized account.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the requested school management functions, maintain the service, support users and protect access. School OS does not use the public website to display private school records.
Communication
When you contact Smart Tech by email or WhatsApp, the information you send is used to respond to your enquiry. WhatsApp and your email provider operate under their own privacy terms.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect access. No online service can promise absolute security. Information may be retained while an institute uses the service and as reasonably required for operations or legal obligations.
Your choices
