These foundation terms explain the responsibilities connected to accessing the School OS website and platform.
Effective: 14 September 2026. By accessing or using School OS, you agree to these terms.
Using School OS
School OS provides tools for authorized school academic and administrative operations. You must use the service lawfully and only for information you are permitted to manage.
Institute responsibility
Each institute is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into its workspace, the accounts it authorizes and the way it uses generated records, messages and documents.
Account security
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for notifying Smart Tech if unauthorized access is suspected. Access must not be shared in a way that bypasses assigned roles.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, interfere with another institute, misuse private records or use School OS for unlawful or harmful activity.
Service availability
Smart Tech works to keep School OS reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be maintained, improved or changed while protecting the service's core purpose.
Intellectual property
School OS, its brand, interface and original software are products of Smart Tech. Institutes retain responsibility for the school information and materials they enter.
