Language, reporting & record protection

The details behind everyday school operations.

Urdu WhatsApp fee slips & reminders

Choose English or Urdu when preparing a fee slip or defaulter reminder. Urdu text reads right-to-left in WhatsApp; review the parent’s number and current dues before sending. Administrators can edit language-specific templates in Settings. Free messaging opens a prefilled WhatsApp conversation for staff to send one by one—it does not automatically attach a PDF or confirm delivery. Exam Results remains English-only.

Fee analytics: aging defaulters & collection trends

Track students owing 1, 2 or 3+ unpaid months, filter by class and search for a student. Opening arrears remain identifiable, and future bills are excluded from current defaulter dues. Month-wise reports show billed, collected and remaining PKR amounts from generated bills, with class-level details. Compare months to follow collection trends; the daybook separates Cash, Bank, EasyPaisa and JazzCash receipts.

Automatic checks & private cloud backups

When an administrator opens the workspace, School OS checks for a backup in the previous 24 hours and creates one when needed. This is an activity-triggered automatic backup, not a fixed-time background schedule. Administrators can also create manual backups, inspect backup history, download a backup file and restore saved records. A safety copy is created before restoration.

Multi-tenant data security

Each institute has a separate workspace, with database access policies scoped to the user’s school and role. Administrators manage their own institute; teachers work within assigned classes and subjects. Backup files use private cloud storage with institute and administrator access controls. Families link students only within the same school, and a school using its own WhatsApp connection sends with its own registered credentials.

Branch-aware

Organize branches within each institute.

Connected modules

Information moves through related school workflows.

Role-based

Administrators and teachers receive appropriate access.

  1. 1

    Open Students → Families

Use the Families button at the top of the Students section (arrow in the picture).

  2. 2

    Let School OS find siblings

It automatically groups students with the same father name and parent phone — across every class.

  3. 3

    Confirm with one tap

Tick the real siblings and press Link as Family. Nothing is merged without your confirmation.

  4. 4

    Collect as one family

Quick Collect then shows every sibling's dues together, with one family challan and WhatsApp slip.
