   Create your institute workspace. Your school gets its own referral code under Settings → Referral.

   Share your code

   Send your link or code to another school owner, for example on WhatsApp.

3. Step 3

   They sign up with it

   The new school enters your code during signup and starts its own free trial.

4. Step 4

   They buy a plan

   When they become a verified paying customer on Starter, Intermediate or Full, your school receives 1 free month.

• Any school, college or academy that has started a School OS free trial or is on a paid plan can refer others.
• The referred school must be a new institute on School OS with its own workspace and account.
• Branches under one owner count only when they are genuinely separate schools — managed separately, paid separately and registered as separate accounts.

1. Reward: 1 month of subscription credit per successful referral. If you are still on trial, your trial is extended by 30 days; if you are on a dated plan, 30 days are added to it.
2. A referral is successful only after Smart Tech verifies the referred school's payment for Starter, Intermediate or Full. Trials alone do not earn a reward.
3. Self-referrals are not allowed. A referral is automatically marked not eligible if the new school uses the same phone number, or the same name and city, as the referring school.
4. Duplicate schools do not count: an institute already registered on School OS (same name and city) cannot be referred again.
5. Each new school can be referred only once, and the code must be entered at signup. Codes cannot be added later.
6. The referring school must be on an active trial or plan when the reward is given. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
7. Every reward and rejection is recorded in the school's activity log. Smart Tech may refuse rewards obtained through fake, duplicate or misleading accounts.
